
2009 Engines
The Monsoon now develops 350 horsepower and will be renamed the Monsoon 350.
All 2009 "MALIBU's" optioned with the 350 Monsoon or Hammerhead engine will be built to salt water specifications which will included E-Coated components; spectra mate fasteners and a high mounted starter motor. Full closed cooling including exhaust manifolds will be optional on the Monsoon 350 and standard on the Hammerhead. The LCR will have the traditional 1/2 system available as an option also.

Monsoon 350HP EFI/CAT
Hammerhead 400HP/EFI/CAT
Complete Salt Water package from Malibu
It has become apparent that a Salt Water Package should be more than an engine suitable for the salt water environment. That is what makes Malibu's new Complete Salt Water Package so different.
Engines - (as above)
Underwater components including Power Wedge equipped
with sacrificial anodes for corrosion protection.
Swim platform brackets and associated hardware in stainless.
Gauge panels and glove box lid available in stainless.
Steering brackets, connections assemblies and associated
hardware available in stainless.
Seat Slide and associated hardware have stainless
components.
