At Malibu, every mold is built “in house” from a master plug that is digitally generated using CAD technology, and cut on a 5 axis CNC machine. This enables us to offer a wide variety of hull choices to our customers. They are then reinforced with a ceramic core and wrapped in a steel cradle to give quality and consistency to every boat built.
