SUPERIOR SURF & WAKE TECHNOLOGY – BY FAR

In 2012 when Malibu introduced the revolutionary and industry changing Surf Gate™ it was just the beginning of an evolution in design, engineering and innovation. Malibu’s engineering team continued to integrate our surf system into multiple facets of boat design over years to come to create a surf experience like no other.

Integrated Surf Platform™
(ISP)

Malibu’s Integrated Surf Platform™ (ISP) includes proprietary innovations that generate the longest, most perfect peeling surf wave – customisable by size, shape and length to suit the capabilities of every rider. The ISP starts with performance hulls, quad tank ballast and swim boards tailored to each boat model. From there it builds in several industry-firsts, including the unique and patented Surf Gate that transforms a perfect wakeboarding wake into a customizable surf wave.

Power Wedge II™

The Power Wedge II™ is bigger and more versatile than ever before and includes a lift feature that allows the driver to get a fully loaded boat on plane much faster.  The Power Wedge II™ can add up to 450kg of additional wake creating water displacement and has 6 adjustment settings to customise the wake size for individual wakeboarder preferences. It happens at the tap of the driver’s finger on the Command Centre, or the wake surfer wearing the optional Malibu Surf Band wrist remote can adjust it right from the water.

Surf Gate™

Surf Gate™’s high-speed hydraulic actuators let you quickly shift the surf wave from side to side for regular or goofy foot styles. Surf Gate creates the most dynamic playground for wake surfing possible. Period. No competitor comes close to offering the same adjustability range.

Surf Band™

Welcome to the future – make any wave you want while you ride it. Malibu’s remote wrist Surf Band™ allows for full control over your wave.

COMMAND CENTRE

With the industry’s first and largest dash display, Malibu’s 12” touchscreen and optional Sports Dash joins the existing 7” touchscreen, enabling fingertip control of the ballast, Power Wedge III, Surf Gate, navigation, rider pre-sets, media and a variety of gauge displays.
